Day 2

Mukachevo
- Interesting tour with tasting of vintage and dessert wines in the cellars .
- Visit Mukachevo castle "Palanok"
- Walking tour of the ancient city of Mukachevo :
        - Church of St. . Joseph (XIV c.) ;
         - White palace princes Rakoczy (XVI - XVII centuries . )
         - Town Hall ( beginning of XX centuries . )
         - Other monuments of architecture and sculpture .
Dinner . The best dishes of Transcarpathian cuisine .
- Mukachevo Orthodox monastery (corresponding uniforms ) .

Day 4

-Selyshche village
Private dairy in the village Selyshche - social project Transcarpathian Association of Local Development and Europinian  cooperative " Longo Mai" . The Selischeskoy ( Seliskoy ) creamery use modern equipment to make 3 kinds of cheese , Swiss technology , recycling eco - pure milk , which supply the private sector of the local peasants . Creamery on guided tours with tastings all three varieties produced " Seliskogo ", " Justa " and " Narcissus Carpathians" .
